Before transitioning into immigration law, Marina spent nearly a decade advising top-tier Argentine law firms and multinational corporations on contract negotiations, cross-border transactions, and corporate matters, honing her analytical and client advocacy skills. Additionally, her experience as a real estate advisor in the U.S., assisting primarily expat clients, further developed her ability to simplify complex legal concepts and build trust with diverse individuals.

Marina holds a Law Degree (J.D. equivalent) from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (Buenos Aires, Argentina), a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Universidad Austral (Buenos Aires, Argentina), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association.
